Van Paridon Consulting was founded in 1999 in order to meet a clear need within the dental profession for independent, professional Evaluations and practice sales support for sellers and purchasers. 

Joan has built her career on word of mouth referrals, from satisfied colleaques and clients. 

Her goal is to ensure clients are well informed before they make a life impacting professional decision.

Joan has been a key note speaker and a partner in a number of practice management instructional seminars delivered to dentists and their teams across Western Canada. 

Currently Joan focusses her attention on ensuring Dentists are aware of the implications of purchasing or selling a dental practices and options for doing so.

Joan is a seasoned dental professional with more than 30 years of experiences in a broad array of areas: clinical work, equipment sales, in-office support and hands-on management.  She offers leadership with a strong business acumen gained through experience and a mentoring relationship with a dentistry focused Canadian CA firm.
