Supporting documentation is contained in a file which includes computer reports generated from your software, a copy of your lease and your Financial Statements.

Evaluations are typically completed within 2 weeks of visiting your office to list equipment and receiving all required documentation.

After an initial consultation, should you decide to use our services, we will email you a simple agreement. Once this is returned with a retainer, we will forward you a questionnaire outlining the information required.

We will plan an office visit when the office is not seeing patients to list equipment and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.

During the office visit, many Dentists like to discuss their specific situation and we can discuss options to achieve your goals.
